The following information is provided to users accessing the the website www.hyeonmu.it (“Website”) in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2018 (“GDPR”). When consulting the Website, some of the users’ information, constituting personal data under the Privacy Code, may be collected. Such information is provided for the purpose of using the Website exclusively, and does concern any other websites accessed by the users, even through links made available on the Website.
DATA CONTROLLER AND DATA PROCESSOR
The Data Controller is ASD Hyeonmu, a non-professional sport association (“Association”) that may be contacted at amministrazione@hyeonmu.it. The Data Processor is the Association’s President, who may be contacted at amministrazione@hyeonmu.it.
PROCESSING METHODS
The data will be processed in properly stored and protected paper and electronic formats, and will be accessed only by the Association’s Committee and management. Pursuant to Art. 4(2) of the GDPR, personal data processing includes operations such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction of data.
TYPE OF DATA
In order to allow the users to navigate and use the Website, the Data Controller may have to collect and process some of their personal data.
Navigation Data
During their normal operation, the Website’s systems and softwares may acquire some personal data which is normally transmitted as part of some online communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to identify the person sharing it. Yet, given its nature, it may allow the identification of users through processing and association with data held by third parties. Such data category includes IP addresses or domain names, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, their time and method of request, the size of the file received in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s response (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment. Such data only provides anonymous statistical information about the site and allows its monitoring, and are deleted immediately after processing. In the event of cybercrimes against the Website, such data may be used to confirm responsibility.
Data Provided by the User
Expect for the navigation data, when sending any messages to the email addresses shown on this Website, and completing the forms available on some of its pages, the user is free to provide their personal data to any extent they will see fit. Despite this, in some cases, omitting to provide certain data may prevent access to the services offered.
PROCESSING PURPOSE
The personal data provided by the users requesting information or services are used for the sole purpose of completing such requests.
DATA DISCLOSURE
If required by Law, the User’s personal data may be shared with other subjects, like the relevant Sport Federations and/or Sport Promotion Agencies. In such an event, these subjects will act as independent data controllers. The user’s personal data will not be divulged nor otherwise shared with any other third party unless explicitly requested by the Judicial or Police Authorities.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
At any time, the User or their representative can exercise their rights under Section III of the GDPR, as well as revoke their consent, by sending a written communication via email to the Data Controller. revoking the consent to data usage will not invalidate any processing performed before such consent was revoked.
